Member Portal

May 1st saw the launch of a new club management software system, including a new online member portal. Please read on for details.

For your initial login to the new member portal, your username is your member number, minus the first zero (e.g, 0123 rather than 00123, or 0123-1 instead of 00123-1). Your password is your last name, all lower case. Note that if you have a "Jr." or "Sr." as part of your last name it should be entered as well, also lowercase, including the space, without the punctuation (e.g., smith jr).

After your initial login, you will be prompted to set a new password, along with a password clue. You can log in to the new member portal here.

Note that spouses and partners have distinct logins, (e.g., member number 1234 for the primary member and member number 1234-1 for the secondary member). The initial login proceedure is as above, and for couples that do not share a last name please use your own last name for your initial login password. 

The member directory has returned. You can read more about how to opt-out of sharing some or all of your information here. Note that any info shared will be behind the login screen, accessible only by other members.

There is also a new tee time booking system. You can view a brief tutorial on that system here. If you run into any difficulty when using it, please call the Pro Shop to book at 434-817-0502.

April statements from the old system processed on 5/25/24, using the payment method you had on file in the old system. For May statements (which will process on 6/25/24), please complete your ACH information in the new system. See here for more info on making payment in the new system.      

There is a new online calendar where you can sort club events by your interests, create your own personal events, and link club calendars to your google calendars. Learn more here, and note that there will be more events added to the new calendar as the month goes on.    

The club app for iOS and Android is now available. The first time you use the app you'll need to enter your member number and your password from the web-based portal. If you have yet to log in to the web-based portal, you'll need to do so before you can use the app. Note also that the first time you use the app you'll need to enter "Glenmore" as the club ID. Note also that some links which were previously available without a password (e.g., daily dining specials and course conditions) have now moved to the password-protected side of the website. To view those pages please log in as outlined above.
