We are currently seeking a Line Cook with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for cooking.

A successful candidate should have 3+ years’ experience in sautéing, grilling and general operation/management in a fast-paced fine-dining environment. Main duties will be food production and plating up of lunch and dinners for an a la carte cooking line. Other duties will include assisting in the production and plate up for our on-site weddings/events facilities.

A safe-serve certification desirable. We offer a great working environment, and room for advancement and professional development for the right applicant—plus no late nights! Food service at the club closes at 8 or 8:30, depending on the season.

This can be either a full- or part-time position, please let us know your preference when applying. Compensation is based on experience, $16-20 per hour, with a $500 retention bonus after 6 months.
