The Club at Glenmore’s immaculate 18-hole golf course is among Central Virginia’s most uniquely scenic and challenging. Intelligently designed to amplify the beauty and obstacles of Glenmore’s rolling landscape, the course presents the type of challenge our most expert members desire while providing a point of entry for less experienced players to enjoy the game.

Just minutes away from Charlottesville, The Club at Glenmore is a private Club situated within a secure yet welcoming gated community in Keswick, Virginia. Prospective members need not live within the gates or know a secret handshake to join.

Adult Programs

Private lessons are available year-round in our state of the art teaching facility. In season we offer regular daily events for men's, ladies, and mixed competition, with offerings for all skill levels. Learn more....

Meet The Pros

  • Head Golf Professional

    Tim Dale
    Head Golf Professional

    Originally from York, England, Tim grew up playing at Fulford Golf Club, a highly regarded parkland course and longtime host of the DP World Tour's Benson & Hedges Invitational. Since moving to the US in 1999, he's become a citizen, earned his PGA Class A Membership, completed a degree in Golf Operations & Management, and started a family. Professionally, Tim has 20+ years of experience at some of VA's finest clubs. He has First Assistant Pro at The CC of Virginia and at Kinloch, and was subsequently Head Pro at The Foundry, The Federal Club and Richmond CC.

    Bill is a PGA and Jim McLean Certified Instructor, TPI Certified, US Kids Certified, PING Certified Clubfitter, and teaches with Science & Motion's Puttlab. A graduate of Furman University, Bill worked at several clubs in the Atlanta area before teaching under Jim McLean at McLean's Golf School at Doral. Before joining the team at Glenmore, Bill served as Director of Instruction at Spring Creek. You can learn more and book directly on Bill's website.

    Whit Stephens
    Assistant Golf Professional

    Whit is a VA native, JMU grad, and has previously been at Lakeview GC in Harrisonburg and The Foundry in Powhatan. He's working towards becoming a full member of the PGA, and outside of golf his hobbies include soccer and skiing. Whit and his girlfriend Maddie share three dogs: Bentley, a playful rescue; Chesney, a zealous rescue; and Ripple, an energetic purebred Australian Shepherd.

    Morgan is a VA native who got hooked on the game while working at Spring Creek back in high school. She then earned a bachelors and then a masters in Sports Management from George Mason, and went right back into the golf industry--first at Cedar Point Club in Suffolk and then The Dominion Club in Richmond. She's TPI Certified and is working towards her Class A PGA Membership. Outside of golf, Morgan’s hobbies include soccer and running.

    Matt was born and raised in the Cville area and attended Fluvanna High where his passion for golf began. Matt started as Glenmore's Outside Golf Supervisor in 2023 and 2024 sees him in an Assistant Golf Professional role; his next goal is to begin the PGA's Professional Golf Management Program. His passion for junior golf is evident in assisting in the after-school programs at the club, and the work he does with Bill Fedder and the rest of the teaching staff on Rotella/Fedder programming. When not golfing, Matt's other hobbies include soccer, snowboarding and wakeboarding.
