Friday and Saturday dinner specials...

Chef Frederick has: 

  • Pan Seared Tuna Niçoise - Frisee, Confit Potatoes, French Beans, Olives, Hard Boiled Egg, Orange Vinaigrette ($38, also available Saturday, or while supplies last).

Prime Rib Night update. Note that Prime Rib Nights have shifted from Fridays to Thursdays. Next is 8/8 then 8/22. New is Fish on Fridays, a special every week based on what Chef Frederick can get fresh from market, paired with complementary sides. This week it's:

  • Oysters on the Half Shell - Lemon, Cocktail Sauce ($18)
  • Grilled Beer Brats - Braised Red Cabbage, Aged Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Horseradish Mustard ($25)
  • Brownie al a Mode - Dark Chocolate Sauce ($8).

 


This week's family-style meal specials are...

  • Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce - Spanish Rice, Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salad ($50/60)
  • Pennsylvania Chicken Casserole - Onions, Celery, Mushrooms, Roasted Red Peppers, Egg Noodles, Cheesy Cream Cheese Sauce ($45/55)
  • Sized to serve either 4 or 6, with salads and desserts available to match
  • Served Tuesday to Sunday, to-go only, for lunch or dinner.

The weekly salad special is...

  • Grilled Shrimp over Quinoa Salad - Bibb Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Avocado, Roasted Corn, Peppers, Citrus Vinaigrette ($16/20).
  • Served Tuesday to Sunday, dine-in or to-go, for lunch or dinner.
