Note that the club requires a 48-hour cancellation notice for all special events to ensure access for all members who wish to participate. Cancel a reservation 48+ hours before an event is to take place and there is no charge. Cancel a reservation less than 48 hours before an event is to take place--or make a reservation that goes unused--and there is a $50 charge. Thank you for your understanding.
