Advanced Metabolic Bootcamp


Five weeks, every Thursday 4/6 through 5/4, 9:30-10:30am.

This one hour fitness class is boot camp themed with a mixture of high interval intensity training through weights, resistance and cycling. With varying exercise formats and intensity this fitness class is sure to get your heart rate pumping and calories burning! No charge, but limited to 10 participants per session so please RSVP in advance.


NOTE: Please RSVP for classes 24+ hours in advance. If a date no longer appears in the list below it is because it has filled to capacity.
