Restorative Gentle Yin Fusion mixes three of the most relaxing genres of yoga into one soothing class. No prior experience necessary, all levels welcome.

Thursday evenings, 7:15-8:30pm.

Classes are limited to 10 participants. There is no charge for the class, though there is a no-show fee to ensure access for all who want to take the class: cancel in excess of 24 hours in advance, no charge; cancel less than 24 hours in advance, $20 charge.
